1. Install the wheel correctly on the frame to ensure that the wheel is correct and without deformation;
2. Install the lock tail hook or remove the transmission from the frame tail hook;
3. Lock the screw end of the rotating rod to the thread interface of the tail hook;
4. Take the rotating rod as the axis, rotate the main body to the A direction, slide the sleeve rod, adjust the measuring rod, so that the low end of the measuring rod is just against the end face of the wheel ring, observe and record the data of the measuring rod;
5. Rotate the main body 180° to point B, slide the sleeve, adjust the measuring rod, so that the low end of the measuring rod is just against the end face of the wheel, observe the measuring rod indicator, compared with the A point indicator, if the difference is greater than 3MM, it indicates that the tail hook deviation in this direction is relatively large, need to be corrected;
6. Correction method: Pry the tail end of the main body in the direction close to or away from the end face of the wheel, so that the tail hook has corresponding deformation, repeated detection and correction of two points A and B, until the two points are basically the same (reference: the difference is not more than 3MM);
7. The same method is used to detect and correct the two directions C and D until the final A and BThe measurements of four points C and D are basically the same.
